A bright and refreshing drink that perfectly balances the sweet, juicy flavor of ripe peaches with tangy lemonade. This beverage has a beautiful peachy-pink hue and offers a perfect blend of fruit-forward sweetness and citrus brightness.

- 3 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 6-7 lemons)
- 1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- 4 cups cold water
- 2 cups ice cubes, plus more for serving
- Optional garnish: peach slices, lemon wheels, fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- In a blender, puree the sliced peaches until smooth
- In a large pitcher, combine sugar and 1 cup of hot water, stir until sugar dissolves
- Add lemon juice and peach puree to the pitcher
- Pour in remaining 3 cups of cold water
- Stir well to combine
- For a smoother drink, strain mixture through a fine-mesh sieve (optional)
- Add ice cubes to the pitcher
- Serve in glasses filled with ice
- Garnish as desired
Notes
- Can use frozen peaches when fresh aren’t in season
- For a fizzy version, substitute part of the water with sparkling water
- Make it adults-only by adding 1 oz of vodka or bourbon per serving
- Can use honey or agave nectar instead of sugar
- For best flavor, use ripe, fragrant peaches
