Ingredients

– 2 1/2 cup Peaches, diced

– 2 cup Flour

– 2 tsp Baking Powder

– 1/2 tsp Salt

– 3/4 cup Sugar

– 1/2 cup Milk

– 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil

– 1 Egg

– 1 tsp Vanilla

Glaze:

– 2 cup Powdered Sugar

– 1 tbsp Milk

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

3. In another bowl, mix milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla.

4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

5. Fold in the diced peaches.

6. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

7. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

8. For the glaze, whisk powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled bread.
