Description

This Parmesan Garlic Bacon Cheeseburger Lasagna combines the flavors of a classic cheeseburger with the layers of a delicious lasagna. It features a meaty layer with ground beef, bacon, onions, and garlic, all topped with a creamy Parmesan garlic sauce and melted cheeses.

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Parmesan Garlic Sauce:

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups (480 ml) whole milk
  • 1 cup (100 g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Additional Layers:

  • 12 lasagna noodles, cooked according to package instructions
  • 2 cups (200 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup (100 g) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup (50 g) ricotta cheese (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the meat layer: In a skillet, cook ground beef, bacon, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper until browned. Set aside.
  2. Make the Parmesan garlic sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter, stir in flour, add milk gradually, then mix in Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until thickened.
  3. Layer the lasagna: In a baking dish, layer noodles, meat mixture, Parmesan garlic sauce, mozzarella, cheddar, and ricotta. Repeat layers and top with remaining cheeses.
  4. Bake: Cover and bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake until bubbly and golden. Garnish with parsley before serving.
