Meat Layer:

Parmesan Garlic Sauce:
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups (480 ml) whole milk
- 1 cup (100 g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Additional Layers:
- 12 lasagna noodles, cooked according to package instructions
- 2 cups (200 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup (100 g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup (50 g) ricotta cheese (optional)
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the meat layer: In a skillet, cook ground beef, bacon, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper until browned. Set aside.
- Make the Parmesan garlic sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter, stir in flour, add milk gradually, then mix in Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until thickened.
- Layer the lasagna: In a baking dish, layer noodles, meat mixture, Parmesan garlic sauce, mozzarella, cheddar, and ricotta. Repeat layers and top with remaining cheeses.
- Bake: Cover and bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake until bubbly and golden. Garnish with parsley before serving.
