Instructions

  1. Heat oil: In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Cook chicken: Season chicken with salt and pepper, then add to the pot and cook until browned.
  3. Add vegetables: Stir in onion, garlic, mixed vegetables, thyme, and rosemary, cooking until vegetables are slightly softened.
  4. Thicken sauce: Sprinkle flour over the mixture, then pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir until slightly thickened.
  5. Add gnocchi: Stir in potato gnocchi and simmer until cooked through.
