  • 2 cups milk (or heavy cream)
  • 12 oz (340g) pasta (penne, rotini, or fettuccine)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil: In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Cook beef: Add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Add liquids: Pour in beef broth and milk. Add pasta and Italian seasoning.
  4. Simmer: Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook until pasta is tender.
  5. Finish: Stir in parmesan cheese and butter until melted. Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes
