- 2 tbsp butter

Instructions
- Heat oil: In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Cook beef: Add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Add liquids: Pour in beef broth and milk. Add pasta and Italian seasoning.
