Description

This easy no-knead Italian panini bread recipe is perfect for making delicious sandwiches at home. With simple ingredients and minimal effort, you can enjoy fresh homemade bread in no time.

Ingredients

– 3 cups all-purpose flour

– 1 tsp. active dry yeast

– 1 1/2 cups water, heated until lukewarm

– 1 1/2 tsp. salt

– 1 tbsp. olive oil

Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt. Gradually add the warm water and olive oil, stirring until a sticky dough forms.

2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit at room temperature for 12-18 hours, allowing the dough to rise.

3. Preheat the oven to 450°F. Shape the dough into a loaf on a floured surface, then place it on a baking sheet. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

– For added flavor, you can sprinkle the dough with herbs or grated cheese before baking.

– To make a sweeter version, try adding a tablespoon of honey to the dough mixture.
