Storage Recommendations:

  1. Refrigeration: Store your No-Bake Protein Bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator to keep them fresh. They can typically last for up to one week when refrigerated.
  2. Freezing: If you want to extend the shelf life of your protein bites, you can freeze them for longer-term storage. Place them in a single layer on a baking sheet and freeze until solid, then transfer them to a freezer-safe container or bag. They can be stored in the freezer for up to three months.
  3. Layering: If you’re stacking the protein bites in a container for storage, consider placing parchment paper or wax paper between the layers to prevent them from sticking together.
  4. Thawing: When you’re ready to enjoy a frozen protein bite, simply remove it from the freezer and let it thaw in the refrigerator for a few hours, or at room temperature for quicker thawing.
  5. Variety: Experiment with different flavors and add-ins to keep things interesting. You can try using different types of nut butter, swapping out the chocolate chips for dried fruit or chopped nuts, or adding spices like cinnamon or nutmeg for extra flavor.
