Description

These No-Bake Peanut Butter Oat Cups are the perfect combination of chewy, nutty, and chocolatey goodness. Made with wholesome oats, creamy peanut butter, and a rich chocolate topping, theyโ€™re an easy and satisfying snack or dessert. No oven required, just mix, chill, and enjoy!

Ingredients

Units Scale

For the Oat Base:

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

For the Chocolate Topping:

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter (for drizzle, optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Oat Mixture

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined. The mixture should be sticky and hold together when pressed.

Fill the Muffin Cups

  1. Line a muffin tin with paper liners or use a silicone mold. Evenly distribute the oat mixture, pressing it firmly into the bottom of each cup.

Melt the Chocolate

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.

Top with Chocolate

  1. Spoon melted chocolate over each oat cup, spreading it evenly. Drizzle extra peanut butter on top if desired.

Chill and Set

  1. Place the muffin tin in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or until the chocolate is firm.

Serve and Store

  1. Once set, remove from the tin and enjoy. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.

Notes

  • Use crunchy peanut butter for added texture.
