Ingredients
– 25 Oreo cookies (the wafers and fillings)
– 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
– 8 ounces cream cheese
– 3/4 cup powdered sugar
– 2 cups whipped topping, thawed
– 10 Oreo cookies, chopped
Instructions
1. Crush 25 Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs with melted butter until well mixed.
3. Press the mixture into a pie dish to create the crust and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
4. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping and chopped Oreo cookies.
5. Pour the filling into the chilled Oreo crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
– For a twist, add a layer of chocolate ganache on top of the pie before refrigerating.
