Ingredients
– 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
– 1/2 cup granulated sugar
– 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
– 21 ounces blueberry pie filling
– 8 ounces extra creamy whipped topping, thawed & divided into 1 cup and 2 cups
– 6 ounces pre-made graham cracker pie crust
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add in the sugar and lemon juice, and mix until well combined.
2. Gently fold in 1 cup of whipped topping until fully incorporated.
3. Spread the cream cheese mixture into the graham cracker pie crust.
4. Top with blueberry pie filling, spreading it evenly over the cream cheese layer.
5. Spread the remaining 2 cups of whipped topping over the blueberry layer.
6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
– For an extra burst of flavor, try adding a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture.
– You can also use a different flavor of pie filling, such as cherry or strawberry, for a different twist on this recipe.
