- 1 (8 oz) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 24 slices pepperoni (about 2–3 per roll)
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into 8 sticks
- 1/4 cup marinara or pizza sauce (optional, for dipping)
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Prepare the Dough:
- Separate the crescent roll dough into 8 triangles.
- Add Fillings:
- Place 2–3 slices of pepperoni on the wide end of each triangle. Top with a mozzarella stick.
- Roll and Seal:
- Starting at the wide end, roll the dough tightly around the fillings and press the edges to seal. Place the rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush with Butter Mixture:
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush the mixture over the tops of the rolls.
- Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the croissants are golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve:
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve warm with marinara or pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
- For extra spice, add a pinch of red pepper flakes inside the rolls.
