- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Zest of 1 orange
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour a 9-inch cake pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, orange zest, lemon zest, orange juice, and lemon juice.
- Slowly fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until fully combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- While the cake is baking, prepare the glaze by mixing 1 tablespoon orange juice, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and ½ cup powdered sugar.
- Once the cake has cooled for about 10 minutes, drizzle the glaze over the top of the cake.
- Let the cake cool completely before serving.
