Mini Deep Dish Pizzas
- 1 Pillsbury pizza dough tube
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 20 slices pepperoni, diced
- grated parmesan enough to sprinkle on top
- red pepper flakes (optional)
Garlic Butter
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Prepare Dough: Roll out the pizza dough and cut into smaller circles to fit into muffin tin cups.
- Assemble Pizzas: Press the dough into the muffin tin cups. Add marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and parmesan on top.
- Bake: Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Make Garlic Butter: In a small saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic and parsley until fragrant.
- Finish: Brush the baked pizzas with garlic butter and sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired.
- Serve: Serve with optional dipping sauces.
