- 1–2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 1 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Assembly:
- ~3/4 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheese (Mozzarella and Mexican Blend mix)
- 12 King’s Hawaiian Original Hawaiian Slider Buns, separated into 24 halves
Instructions
- Prep the Chicken and Vegetables: In a large skillet, cook the chicken, onions, and peppers with olive oil and seasonings until cooked through. Squeeze lemon juice over the mixture.
- Assemble the Pizzas: Spread pizza sauce on each bun half, top with the chicken mixture, and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Bake: Place the assembled pizzas on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven until cheese is melted and bubbly.
