Description

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Start by grilling the chicken breasts and slicing them into strips once cooked through.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine diced cucumber, tomato, red onion, Kalamata olives, feta cheese, and fresh parsley.
