- 1 cup coconut cream (cream of coconut)
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice (about 4-5 limes)
- 3 cups ice cubes
- 2–3 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 cup cold water
- Optional garnish: lime wheels, coconut flakes, mint leaves
Instructions
- In a blender, combine coconut cream and lime juice
- Add sugar and cold water
- Add ice cubes
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy (about 1-2 minutes)
- Taste and adjust sweetness or lime juice as needed
- Pour into glasses
- Garnish with lime wheels and coconut flakes if desired
Notes
- Don’t confuse coconut cream with coconut milk; cream is thicker
- Can use cream of coconut (like Coco Lopez) for a sweeter version
- Fresh lime juice is essential – avoid bottled juice
- For a thicker consistency, use less water or more ice
- Can be made ahead and re-blended when ready to serve
