Description

Lemon Cake:

Lemon Glaze:

  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare Jell-O Layer: Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Pour into a 9×13-inch pan and refrigerate until set.
  2. Prepare Lemon Cake: Prepare cake mix according to package instructions. Pour over set Jell-O layer and bake according to cake mix instructions.
  3. Make Lemon Glaze: Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Drizzle over cooled cake.
