- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Non-stick cooking spray or melted butter for greasing

- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray or brush with melted butter.
- Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine mashed potatoes, eggs, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and chives. Stir well. Add milk gradually until the mixture is smooth and scoopable.
- Portion into Muffin Tin: Spoon the mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full. Smooth the tops slightly.
