- 1 tablespoon dried culinary lavender
- For the Spritz
- 1 oz limoncello
- 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 oz lavender simple syrup (recipe above)
- Sparkling water, to top
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices and fresh lavender sprigs, for garnish
Instructions
- Make the Lavender Simple Syrup:
- In a small saucepan, combine water, sugar, and dried lavender.
- Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
- Remove from heat and let it steep for 10-15 minutes. Strain out the lavender and let the syrup cool.
- Prepare the Spritz:
- Fill a glass with ice cubes.
- Add the limoncello, lemon juice, and lavender simple syrup.
- Top with sparkling water to your preference and stir gently.
- Garnish and Serve:
- Garnish with a lemon slice and a sprig of fresh lavender.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

- Adjust the lavender simple syrup to taste if you prefer a stronger floral note.
- Store any extra lavender syrup in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
