Main Soup:
- 1–2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 large Onion, diced
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 (15-ounce can) Diced Tomatoes
- 1 (15-ounce can) Tomato Sauce
- 3 ounces Tomato Paste
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- 1–2 cups Water
- 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- Black Pepper
- 8 ounces Bowtie Pasta
Suggested Toppings:
- 1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 2 ounces Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley
Instructions
- Brown the Beef: In a large pot, heat oil and cook ground beef until browned. Add onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add Ingredients: Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, chicken broth, water, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer.
- Cook Pasta: Add pasta and cook until al dente.
- Serve: Ladle soup into bowls, top with ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, and parsley. Enjoy!
