Description

Main Soup:

  • 12 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 large Onion, diced
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced

  • 3 ounces Tomato Paste
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 12 cups Water
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • 8 ounces Bowtie Pasta

Suggested Toppings:

  • 1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 ounces Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley

Instructions

  1. Brown the Beef: In a large pot, heat oil and cook ground beef until browned. Add onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add Ingredients: Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, chicken broth, water, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer.
  3. Cook Pasta: Add pasta and cook until al dente.
  4. Serve: Ladle soup into bowls, top with ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, and parsley. Enjoy!
