Description

  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 (3 ounce) package Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 pound sausage
  • 1/2 (26 ounce) jar marinara sauce
  • 6 flatbreads

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Cook Sausage: Cook sausage in a skillet until browned.
  4. Assemble Flatbreads: Spread cheese mixture on flatbreads, top with cooked sausage, marinara sauce, and remaining mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake: Bake flatbreads in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
