Chicken:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup pure honey
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
Mac and Cheese:
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups whole milk
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Prep Chicken: Preheat oven to 375°F. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter, sauté garlic, add honey, and black pepper. Cook chicken with sauce until browned.
- Cook Mac and Cheese: Cook macaroni according to package instructions. In a saucepan, melt ¼ cup butter, add milk and cheese, stir until melted. Mix in cooked macaroni.
