			For the Brownie Layer:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
 - 1 cup granulated sugar
 - 2 large eggs
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
 - 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
 - 1/4 tsp salt
 - 1/4 tsp baking powder
 
For the Pecan Pie Layer:
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
 - 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
 - 2 large eggs
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - 1 1/2 cups pecan halves
 
Instructions
- Prepare the Brownie Layer:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or grease it well.
 - In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and whisk until smooth.
 - In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
 - Spoon about 1 tablespoon of brownie batter into each muffin cup, filling each about halfway. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean (it should be a little fudgy). Let them cool slightly while you prepare the pecan pie layer.
 
 - Prepare the Pecan Pie Layer:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the corn syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth and combined.
 - Stir in the pecans, ensuring they are evenly coated in the syrup mixture.
 
 - Assemble the Bites:
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the pecan pie filling on top of each brownie bite. Make sure to distribute the pecans evenly.
 - Return the bites to the oven and bake for an additional 12–15 minutes, or until the pecan pie layer is set and bubbly.
 
 - Cool and Serve:
- Allow the pecan pie brownie bites to cool completely in the pan before removing them.

Notes
- You can substitute the light corn syrup with dark corn syrup for a deeper flavor.
