Instructions
- Season Chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Sear Chicken: In a skillet, heat olive oil and sear chicken until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- Make Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté onion and garlic. Add whiskey, cream, mustard, paprika, thyme, and chicken broth. Simmer until sauce thickens.
- Finish Dish: Return chicken to the skillet, coat with sauce, and simmer until chicken is cooked through.
