Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 package crescent roll dough (8-count)
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2–3 minutes, until the cream cheese is fully melted and the mixture is well combined.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate the triangles. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each triangle. Fold the dough over the filling to form a bite-sized pocket.
- Place the stuffed crescent rolls on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and fully cooked.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- You can add shredded cheddar cheese to the beef mixture for an extra cheesy bite.
- For a spicier version, add some diced jalapeños to the beef filling.
- These party bites are best served immediately, but leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 2–3 days.
