Description

These Instant Pot Easter Eggs are a fun and colorful twist on a classic recipe. Perfect for decorating and eating during the Easter holiday!

Ingredients

– 4 cups water

– 1/2 cup white vinegar

– 20 drops food coloring (different colors, gel recommended)

– 12 large white eggs

Instructions

1. Pour water and vinegar into the Instant Pot.

2. Place a trivet inside and carefully arrange the eggs on top.

3. Close the lid, set to high pressure for 5 minutes, then quick release.

4. Once cool, carefully remove eggs and place in a bowl with food coloring.

5. Let sit for 5-10 minutes, then remove and dry with paper towels.

Notes

– For a natural dye option, use beet juice or turmeric instead of food coloring.

– To add a marbled effect, gently crack the eggs before dyeing
