- 1 1/2 – 2 lbs. (750g-900g) bone-in skin-on chicken thighs

- 1/2 – 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 3 dashes cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, or more to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Season the chicken: Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Sear the chicken: Select the sauté function on the Instant Pot and heat olive oil. Sear the chicken thighs on both sides until browned.
- Make the sauce: Add garlic, chicken broth, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, cayenne pepper, and salt to the Instant Pot. Stir to combine.
- Pressure cook: Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for about 10 minutes. Let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes before quick releasing the remaining pressure.
- Finish and serve: Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
