- Ice cubes

Instructions
- Make honey syrup by combining equal parts honey and hot water, stir until dissolved, then cool.
- In a shaker, muddle fresh Honeycrisp apple chunks with honey syrup.
- Add bourbon, lemon juice, ginger liqueur, and bitters.
- Fill shaker with ice cubes.
- Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
- Double strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
