    • 1 teaspoon paprika
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon onion powder
    • 3/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
    • 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided

Honey Garlic Glaze:

  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoons chopped chives

Instructions

  1. Season Salmon: In a bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss salmon cubes in the spice mixture.
  2. Sear Salmon: Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear salmon cubes until browned on all sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. Make Glaze: In the same skillet, heat the remaining olive oil and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame seeds, and chives. Simmer until thickened.
  4. Combine: Return the seared salmon to the skillet and coat with the honey garlic glaze.
  5. Serve: Garnish with extra sesame seeds and chives before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the glaze.
  • Adjust honey based on desired sweetness level.
