- 1 teaspoon dry minced onion powder
- 20 corn tortillas

Instructions
- Cook the beef: Season the beef chuck roast with salt and pepper, then cook it in beef broth, salsa, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, and onion powder until tender. Shred the beef.
