Healthy Gummies Recipe
- 1/3 cup fruit juice (apple, orange, cranberry, grape juice) – 80g
- 2 Tbsp honey – 42g
- 2 tsp (1 packet) stevia or granulated sugar (optional) – 4g
- 2 1/2 tsp (1 envelope) unflavored gelatin – 7g
Instructions
- Mix Ingredients: Combine fruit juice, honey, and stevia in a saucepan. Sprinkle gelatin over the mixture and let it sit for a few minutes.
- Heat Mixture: Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly until the gelatin dissolves completely.
- Pour and Set: Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a shallow dish. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Enjoy: Pop out the gummies from the molds or cut into squares if using a dish. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
- You can use any combination of fruit juices for different flavors.
- Adjust the sweetness level by adding more or less honey or stevia.
- Experiment with adding chopped fruits or nuts for extra texture.
