Description

These Healthy Gummies are a delicious and guilt-free treat made with fruit juice, honey, stevia, and gelatin. They are a fun way to satisfy your sweet cravings while still being nutritious.


Ingredients

  • Healthy Gummies Recipe

  • 1/3 cup fruit juice (apple, orange, cranberry, grape juice) – 80g
  • 2 Tbsp honey – 42g
  • 2 tsp (1 packet) stevia or granulated sugar (optional) – 4g
  • 2 1/2 tsp (1 envelope) unflavored gelatin – 7g

Instructions

  1. Mix Ingredients: Combine fruit juice, honey, and stevia in a saucepan. Sprinkle gelatin over the mixture and let it sit for a few minutes.
  2. Heat Mixture: Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly until the gelatin dissolves completely.
  3. Pour and Set: Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a shallow dish. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  4. Enjoy: Pop out the gummies from the molds or cut into squares if using a dish. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Notes

  • You can use any combination of fruit juices for different flavors.
