Instructions

  1. Prep the Chicken:
    1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

    2. Spread 1 tablespoon of ranch dressing over the center.
    3. Layer with chopped romaine, cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, cheddar cheese, red onion, and avocado slices (if using).
    4. Add a few slices of grilled chicken.

    1. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it tightly from the bottom up.
