- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup low-fat ranch dressing
- Optional: 1 avocado, sliced
Instructions
- Prep the Chicken:
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season both sides with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Grill the Chicken:
- Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for 6–8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove the chicken from the grill, let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice it into thin strips.
- Assemble the Wraps:
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of ranch dressing over the center.
- Layer with chopped romaine, cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, cheddar cheese, red onion, and avocado slices (if using).
- Add a few slices of grilled chicken.
- Wrap It Up:
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it tightly from the bottom up.
- Serve or Store:
