- 16– oz cooked ham, chopped
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 8– oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1 (8-count) can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 (4-count) can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 Tbsp poppy seeds
- 5 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and onion powder until smooth.
- Unroll crescent rolls and press into the bottom of the prepared dish.
- Layer ham on top of the crescent rolls, followed by cheddar and swiss cheese.
- Pour cream cheese mixture over the cheese layer.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and milk, then pour over the casserole.
- Sprinkle with poppy seeds and bake for 35-40 minutes until set and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
