Description

Soft Hawaiian rolls filled with savory ham, melty Swiss cheese, and topped with a buttery mustard glaze—baked to golden perfection! Perfect for parties, game nights, or an easy family meal.

Ingredients

For the Sliders:
  • Hawaiian Rolls: 12, sliced in half
  • Deli Ham: 12 slices (smoked or honey ham)
  • Swiss Cheese: 6 slices (or your preferred cheese)
For the Buttery Glaze:
  • Butter: 1/2 cup, melted
  • Dijon Mustard: 2 tablespoons
  • Worcestershire Sauce: 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Onion Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Poppy Seeds: 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Sliders
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half, keeping them connected, and place the bottom half in the dish.

  2. Layer the Ingredients
Evenly layer the ham over the rolls, followed by the Swiss cheese. Place the top half of the rolls back on.

  3. Make the Buttery Glaze
In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and poppy seeds.

  4. Brush and Bake
Brush the glaze generously over the tops of the sliders. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 5 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.

  5. Serve & Enjoy
Let the sliders cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • Cheese Options: Swap Swiss cheese for cheddar, provolone, or pepper jack.
  • Meat Alternatives: Use turkey, roast beef, or even shredded chicken.
  • Roll Variations: Try brioche, pretzel buns, or whole wheat rolls.
  • Make-Ahead: Assemble the sliders, cover, and refrigerate overnight. Add glaze before baking.
