- 10 oz mushrooms
- 1 lb green beans
- 1 can Mushroom Soup or cream of mushrooms soup
- 1 cup fried onions
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Sauté: In a skillet, sauté onions, garlic, and mushrooms in olive oil until tender.
- Combine: Mix in green beans and mushroom soup. Pour into a casserole dish.
- Bake: Top with fried onions and cheddar cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- You can use store-bought fried onions or make your own for a homemade touch.
- Feel free to add cooked bacon or crispy pancetta for extra flavor.
