Description

  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

Others:

  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare the tomato mixture: Combine tomatoes, zucchini, green onions, salt, sugar, black pepper, oregano, cayenne, parsley, mint, basil, and feta in a bowl.
  2. Add flour and baking powder: Mix in the flour and baking powder until well combined.
  3. Fry the fritters: Heat oil in a skillet, drop spoonfuls of the mixture, and fry until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Drain excess oil: Place the fritters on paper towels to remove excess oil.
