Description

Gorilla Bread is a delicious and indulgent dessert made with biscuits, cream cheese, brown sugar, and pecans. It’s a perfect treat for any occasion!

  • 1/2 cup salted butter
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 cans biscuits 8 count “big biscuits”
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare Pan: Grease a bundt pan.
  3. Melt Butter: In a small saucepan, melt the butter and stir in the brown sugar and vanilla extract.
  4. Assemble: Cut each biscuit into quarters. Dip each piece into the butter mixture and layer them in the pan with cream cheese and pecans.
  5. Bake: Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Serve: Allow to cool slightly before flipping onto a plate and serving warm.
