  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Glaze

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons non-dairy milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, sugars, apple sauce, oil, and vanilla. Stir in grated apple.
  3. Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix gluten-free flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices.
