Glaze
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons non-dairy milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, sugars, apple sauce, oil, and vanilla. Stir in grated apple.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix gluten-free flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices.
- Combine wet and dry: Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
