- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded fontina cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the brussels sprouts: In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add brussels sprouts and cook until tender.
