- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except olive oil and parsley. Mix until well combined.
- Shape mixture into 6 small meatloaves and place on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with parsley and serve
