Description

These Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaves are a delicious twist on traditional meatloaf. Made with ground chicken, parmesan cheese, and a blend of savory seasonings, they bake up tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Perfect for a comforting dinner, these individual-sized meatloaves are easy to make and pair well with your favorite sides.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except olive oil and parsley. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape mixture into 6 small meatloaves and place on the baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Let rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with parsley and serve

Notes

  • Serve with mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables.
