For the Bombs:
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the filling: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until the beef is browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease. Stir in garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
- Prepare the dough: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
- Assemble the bombs: Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each dough circle, followed by a sprinkle of shredded cheese or a cheese cube. Fold the dough around the filling and pinch the edges tightly to seal. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Add the topping: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and garlic powder. Brush the bombs generously with the butter mixture, then sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
- Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuit dough is golden brown and cooked through.
