Scale
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, ketchup, and mustard. Cook for 1-2 minutes until combined. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Flatten each biscuit dough round into a 4-inch circle. Place 1-2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center, top with a small handful of shredded cheese, and fold the dough over to seal into a ball. Pinch edges to seal completely.
- Arrange the bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and grated parmesan cheese. Brush the mixture generously over each dough ball.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- For an extra kick, add diced pickles or jalapeños to the filling.
- Use mozzarella or pepper jack cheese for variation.
- Serve with a side of ketchup, ranch, or garlic aioli for dipping.
