Description

These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are the ultimate handheld treat! Flaky, golden dough stuffed with juicy ground beef, gooey melted cheese, and savory seasonings, all topped with a garlicky parmesan crust. Perfect as an appetizer, snack, or quick meal!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, ketchup, and mustard. Cook for 1-2 minutes until combined. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Flatten each biscuit dough round into a 4-inch circle. Place 1-2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center, top with a small handful of shredded cheese, and fold the dough over to seal into a ball. Pinch edges to seal completely.
  5. Arrange the bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and grated parmesan cheese. Brush the mixture generously over each dough ball.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • For an extra kick, add diced pickles or jalapeños to the filling.
  • Use mozzarella or pepper jack cheese for variation.
  • Serve with a side of ketchup, ranch, or garlic aioli for dipping.
