- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 package (20 oz) refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

- In a separate small saucepan, heat heavy cream over low heat. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Add the creamy mixture to the marinara-beef sauce and mix well.

- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Swap ground beef with ground turkey or Italian sausage for a flavor variation.
- Use store-bought Alfredo sauce instead of making the cream sauce for a quicker version.
- Add spinach or mushrooms for extra vegetables.
