Ingredients

Units Scale

For the Rolls:

1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Optional Toppings:

Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Extra grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Unroll the Dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a clean surface and separate into individual triangles.
  4. Add Cheese: Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese onto the widest part of each triangle.
  5. Roll and Bake: Roll up each crescent triangle tightly, starting from the wide end and pinching the edges to seal. Place the rolls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Brush with Garlic Butter: Brush the tops of each roll with the prepared garlic butter mixture.
  7. Bake: Bake the rolls for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Serve: Once out of the oven, brush with any leftover garlic butter and garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese, if desired. Serve warm!

Notes

  • Garlic Butter: If you prefer a stronger garlic flavor, feel free to add extra garlic powder or even a pinch of crushed garlic.
  • Cheese Variations: You can use any cheese you like, such as cheddar, provolone, or a blend of your favorites.
  • Leftovers: Store leftover rolls in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven to maintain their crispy texture.
  • Serving Suggestions: These rolls pair perfectly with pasta dishes, salads, or as a snack on their own!
