Instructions
- Prepare the Mashed Potatoes:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the diced potatoes and cook until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain and mash the potatoes with butter, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese (if using). Season with salt and pepper. Cover to keep warm.
- Cook the Steak Bites:
- Pat the steak pieces dry with a paper towel and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
