  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

For the creamy sauce:

  • 50 g of butter
  • 3 tablespoons of flour
  • 750 ml of milk
  • 200 ml of fresh cream
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the shrimp: In a pan, sauté garlic in olive oil, add shrimp, cook until pink, then mix in parsley and lemon juice.
  2. Make the creamy sauce: Melt butter, stir in flour, gradually add milk and cream, season with nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
