- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the cod fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
