Description

These Garlic Butter Chicken Bites are juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor. Perfect for a quick and easy weeknight meal or a tasty appetizer for a party.


Ingredients

– 3 tbsp Flour

– 1 tsp Basil

– 1 tsp Oregano

– 1/2 tsp Salt

– 1/2 tsp Pepper

– 1 tbsp Olive Oil

– 5 tbsp Butter, divided

– 2 lb Chicken Breast, cut in bite sized pieces

– 1 1/2 tbsp Minced Garlic


Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix the flour, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.

2. Dredge the chicken pieces in the flour mixture.

3. In a skillet, heat olive oil and 3 tbsp of butter over medium heat.

4. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned on all sides.

5. Add minced garlic and remaining butter, cook until garlic is fragrant.

6. Serve hot and enjoy!


Notes

– For a healthier option, you can use skinless, boneless chicken breasts.

– Add a sprinkle of parmesan cheese on top for an extra flavor boost.
