- 3–4 tbsp honey (adjust to desired sweetness)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Filling & Topping
- 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt

- Add Yogurt Filling: Once solid, remove the granola cups from the freezer and gently fill each cup with Greek yogurt.
- Top with Berries and Freeze: Add berries of your choice on top of the yogurt-filled cups and return to the freezer for another 1-2 hours or until fully set.
- Serve and Enjoy: Remove from the freezer a few minutes before serving to soften slightly. Enjoy as a chilled, nutritious snack or breakfast.
Notes
- You can substitute almond butter with peanut butter or any nut butter of your choice.
- Adjust honey quantity according to your preferred sweetness level.
- Use fresh or frozen berries depending on seasonal availability.
- Ensure the granola cups are well-pressed to prevent crumbling when filled.
- For a vegan version, substitute Greek yogurt with coconut or almond milk yogurt.
