Ingredients
– 1 can Crushed Pineapple, 20 oz
– 1 package Jello Instant Vanilla Pudding mix, 3.4 oz
– 2 cups Mini Marshmallows
– 1 1/2 cups Coconut Flakes
– 8 oz Whipped Topping
– 1/2 cup chopped Pecans
– Maraschino Cherries, optional
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine crushed pineapple (undrained) and vanilla pudding mix. Stir until well combined.
2. Gently fold in mini marshmallows, coconut flakes, whipped topping, and chopped pecans.
